My name is Kate. I am a wife, writer, translator, researcher and healthy living lover.
I love to cook. I love to eat. And if friends and family are around to enjoy these pleasures with me, it is a very happy day indeed.
I believe that food should be fun, tasty and for the most part healthy. I love learning new things about raw food and green living. I am most inspired by nature, colorful fruits and veggies, flowers, and animals. I also enjoy gardening, yoga, dancing, biking, hiking and just being in the nature.
Why Healthy Food Mind?
To celebrate these passions of mine I created this healthy living blog. Here I share quick and easy recipes that I try with my friends and family, plus helpful tips and DIY personal care products to make healthy living more accessible.
My life mission is to inspire others to critically think about what they put in their bodies, to promote fitness and help individuals lose weight naturally. Creating awareness is key to getting our food system back on track.
I hope that my blog will inspire the people to find balance through nutrition and lifestyle, to get into healthy cooking and embrace their inner chef. Adding even a few plant-based meals a week to your diet is a great place to start. The more greens, fruits and vegetables you will eat the better you are going to feel.
Learning about health and gathering information is a top priority for me and maybe you’ll find some book reviews and recommendations on my blog. One of the best ways to spread knowledge and awareness is to share what we know, so I’m open to discussion and am very interested in hearing other opinions, thoughts, and ideas.
